Opskrift på Nati's Caramel Mudcake Cupcakes/Nati's Caramel Mudcake Cupcake Recipe: 24 stk/pieces
150 g hvid chokolade/white chocolate
350 g mørk muscovado sukker/dark muscovado sugar
250 g smør/butter
2,5 dl mælk/milk
2 store æg/large eggs
150 g mel/flour
150 g selvhævende mel/self raising flour
Smelt den hvide chokolade, mørk muscovado sukker, smør og mælk i en gryde over svag varme. Tag gryden af og lad blandingen afkøle i ca 15 min. Tilsæt de letpiskede æg og siden sigtet mel. Hæld i cupcakes/muffin form og bag ved 180 grader i ca. 25-30 minutter.
Melt white chocolate, dark muscovado sugar, butter and milk in a heavy pan over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool off for 15 minutes. Add the slighly beaten eggs first and then the sifted flours. Pour in cupcake/muffin pans and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
